Outstanding customer service! We had an unexpected situation this morning when the car we were test-driving from another dealership broke down in their parking lot. Despite having no obligation to help, the team here went above and beyond, running diagnostics, attempting multiple battery boosts, and doing everything they could to get us back on the road. When that didn’t work, they generously offered us a complimentary shuttle back to the original dealership. Even without the prospect of a sale, they treated us with incredible kindness and care. Truly exceptional service!
